7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STARCOM FIBER LLCS LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STARCOM FIBER’S BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StarCom Fiber LLC’ and its affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the services or breach of these Terms.
