Key insights show Garden State staffers rating their compensation, confidence in leadership, growth opportunities, and overall well-being more positively than national peers—compensation satisfaction was nearly 2% above the U.S. average .
From those surveys, 98 organizations were named Top Workplaces across three size brackets—large (500+ employees), midsize (150–499), and small (50–149)—with profiles of standout firms in each category .
In the small-company segment, Integrated Financial Concepts (#1), 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy (#2), and Green Room Communications (#3) are featured in depth. StarCom Fiber earned the No. 7 spot among all small companies.
